License

License information is available here: Administration → General settings → General settings → License Information

There are in the «license Information» section in the General settings:

  • license expiration date,
  • the start and end dates for the technical support,
  • limit on the number of administrators in the system,
  • information about the number of licenses purchased, detailed by license type.
The limit on the number of licenses applies only to active user accounts in the system.

If, for example, an employee is fired and their account blocked, their account does not take up the license.

License type

Performer Manager Director Administrator
Can delegate projects and tasks
Can assign resources on the task
Can see calendars other users (system section My work/Calendar)
Access to the section « Dashboards»
Access to the section » Administration»
A user with the license type «Administrator» is not subject to role restrictions. This is the only case when weaning is right (direct ban in the role settings ) does not work.

Default license type

The «default license Type» option selects the license type that will be automatically assigned to all newly created and invited users.
